4.2 Withdrawals

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳28,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same person or the same device to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• ak1111 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, ak1111's decision is final.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — unless ak1111 does so itself due to a technical error or in specific circumstances. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will generally be refunded.

6.2 Odds Changes

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply. ak1111 reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

6.4 Validity of Game Results

All game and sports betting results are determined based on an independent random number generator (RNG) or official sports data providers. Any objection to a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
